KWA achieves listed building consent and planning permission on listed church despite Conservation objection


KWA was appointed to secure planning permission for residential conversion to a Grade II listed church.

KWA worked with the Architect, local Council and Conservation Officer to address previous objections to a scheme to convert an existing listed church into two apartments in South Cambridgeshire.

By engaging with both the Planning Officer and the Conservation Officer a successful outcome was achieved for all parties with the redundant listed building now being converted into a habitable building and the heritage asset protected for the future.
