KWA was appointed to design and secure planning permission for a new satellite yard for a successful stud farming operation in Suffolk. The new yard delivered an American Barn, a Storage Barn, a Horse Walker and a Manager’s dwelling.

The new yard will be used for half of the year as an isolation yard to protect the stock from transferring infectious diseases which can be devastating for Stud Farming operations. For the other half of the year it will function as a foaling yard.

Planning permission was gained in March 2018 with work expected to start onsite in 2019.
