KWA has been part of the design and planning team appointed to deliver a change of use to equine use and erection of two stand-alone yards each benefitting from an American Barn, a hay barn, a Horse Exerciser, a Lunge Ring and a worker’s dwelling.

The team worked closely with Natural England as the site lies in close proximity to the Breckland Special Protection Area which is afforded high levels of protection from built form to protect important and rare protected species. Despite this designation, KWA and the team were able to effectively negotiate appropriate mitigation and secure planning permission. Work is expected to start on site early in 2019.
