KWA was delighted to host a highly successful public consultation for a new 400-acre Thoroughbred stud farm, part of a northern hemisphere base for a leading global breeding and racing operation.
The event attracted a strong turnout, with visitors viewing proposals, discussing plans with the team, and providing feedback. Responses were overwhelmingly positive, welcoming the high-quality design and the benefits the development will bring to the local community and the local rural economy which relies heavily on the horse racing industry.
KWA continues to lead the architectural and planning work on this landmark project with an application due to be submitted imminently to deliver world-class equestrian facilities that will bring an important global operation to the Home of Horseracing.
