KWA has secured a valuable Permission in Principle appeal for up to six dwellings in the Essex countryside. KWA successfully argued that the site materially differed from a site on the south of the road which had been refused at appeal under a different Agent. The Inspector concurred with KWA’s position, that the site would deliver much needed new housing in a sustainable location within the District.
The Clients are now looking to move forward with a Technical Details Consent to allow the units to be built out.
