After KWA designed and secured planning permission for a prestigious private stud farm on a Registered Park of Special Historic Interest in a Conservation Area, work started on site in Summer 2023.
Phase 1 has now achieved Practical Completion and is in operation. Phase 2 works continue on site and are expected to be completed later in 2024.
The high-end project includes a hospitality building and stallion parade, three dedicated stallion units each with two stallion boxes, a covering barn, visiting mare’s boxes, an American Barn, a service yard and ancillary facilities, two new stud worker accommodation units as well as significant landscaping across the site.
The highly prestigious, bespoke stallion boxes are the focal feature of the farm, boasting some of the best quality design, construction, materials and fit out in the industry.
