KWA was commissioned by an international show jumper to deliver a comprehensive refurbishment and extension of an existing American Barn. The project transformed the barn into a T-shaped Barn, bringing all equestrian operations under one roof.
The development includes a new administration suite, a dedicated storage wing and a purpose-built therapy wing. Existing stables were upgraded with new stable divisions and windows in each box to improve ventilation and functionality.
Externally, the barn roof was replaced and the walls re-clad above plinth level in grey fibre cement, reflecting the client’s preferred materials and colour palette. The project delivers a high-quality, low-maintenance facility designed to support the next generation of show jumpers in comfort and style.
