KWA was appointed to design and secure planning permission for two large detached dwellings for a private client and their sibling on two adjacent sites on the outskirts of a rural village.
The main house incorporates spacious living with an indoor swimming pool, gym and snooker room. The site is within a flood zone and is protected by a large earth bund to the perimeter of the site.
