KWA was appointed to design and secure planning permission for a new private American Barn adjacent to the grounds of a Grade II 15th Century Hall. KWA also project managed the development through the construction phase.
The development incorporates stables, implement, feed and bedding storage, a tack room and a washdown. A separate application was subsequently submitted to erect a Horse Walker on site.
The scheme has been designed to minimise impact on the heritage asset and on vantage points from a nearby public right of way.
