KWA Architects (Cambridge) Ltd have handed over this bespoke racehorse rehabilitation centre to our International client in time for the start of the racing season. The prestigious development consists of a modern family dwelling, modern staff accommodation, yard office, four high end American Barns, Staff, visitor & horse welfare facilities, a veterinary inspection room, equine spa, horse treadmill and and oval horse exerciser.

The rehabilitation facility will reduce the time and distance that injured racehorses have to travel instead of being transported back to Norfolk where our client's headquarters are based. A newly formed horse walk to nearby grass and all weather gallops will help the injured horses gain full fitness in order to compete again at the highest level.

The project was delivered on time and below budget despite extensive groundworks, demolition and inclement weather. We have also utilised numerous renewable technologies which has given the project an EPC rating A
