KWA delivered a state-of-the-art equestrian facility for a leading horse welfare charity, comprising a Visitor Centre, Indoor School, stables, crew barns, and a manege.
The Visitor Centre, with café, shop, lecture room, and offices, is carefully positioned on the sloping site to provide views into the Indoor School through a glazed wall, connecting visitors with the horses in action.
The stables, primarily American Barns with some courtyard-facing boxes, integrate mess rooms, offices, a recovery suite, and a farriers’ base, creating a high-quality, fully functional environment for horses, staff, and visitors alike.
