KWA worked with leading developers Hill Residential to secure planning permission for 158 new homes in South Cambridgeshire.
Building on our previous success in securing site allocation for 80 units within the emerging Local Plan, KWA oversaw the full planning submission process. This included engagement with the Local Planning Authority through the Design Enabling Panel, as well as extensive community consultation with the Parish Council and a local primary school to inform the final design.
The development delivers a mix of one-bedroom to four-bedroom homes, including 40% affordable housing, addressing local housing needs while creating a well-designed, sustainable new community.
