KWA was commissioned to design a modern, flexible facility to support the growing demand for educational courses within the equine industry. The brief called for a building that reflected the forward-thinking image of the British Racing School while providing adaptable spaces for a range of uses.
The interior features a 70-seat theatre with retractable electronic tiered seating, allowing the space to be quickly converted for alternative uses. An adjacent foyer, bar, and display areas provide versatile breakout spaces, ideal for small seminar groups and collaborative learning.
This project required KWA’s expertise to create equestrian-focused facilities that combine high-quality design with practical, flexible functionality.
